DNA Ltd Purchased an old engineering company and redeveloped the be-spoke building reusing the unusual north light roof structure to develop a new multi tenanted office building. Envria-Mech Services Ltd Working closely with Interaction Ltd provided new CAT A Mechanical fit.
The Building is located at Frome Business Park and provides space to multiple start up and established companies and offers a central break out Café area and a common reception space. The building was fitted out with a new Mitsubishi Heat Recovery Cooling / Heating and Ventilation installation that provides multiple tenants with their own controllable space whilst maintaining building regulation requirements.
Envira-Mech Services have provided a high efficiency system allowing functionality and flexible operation to suit current energy targets and building regulations.
