Envira-mech Services completed a contract working with main contractor Rydon Construction Ltd, the project was a CAT A Build for Wiltshire Borough Council and was the first phase of a new Science park in association with Porton Down Chemical research Centre in Salisbury.
Envira-Mech / Electrical Services provided the complete Design and build package which included all aspects of the Mechanical and Electrical services and all utility and fire protection services.
The contract with Rydon Construction Ltd was completed on time and within budget, the project was handed over to Wiltshire Borough Council who were extremely happy with the project and subsequently asked Envira-Mech Services to provide and full Planned Preventative Maintenance Contract.
The Installation included the design and installation of a Mitsubishi VRF Air Conditioning system including multiple Fan coils located throughout laboratory and individual offices c/w room and central controls. Fresh air is provided by individual MVHR heat recovery systems and all domestic plumbing and public health services.
Electrical services comprised of all small power, lighting, intruder and fire alarms, all mechanical wiring and BMS Controls.
